Fun Bun

1.5 lbs hamburger
1 small onion
Dill pickle to taste (diced) or dill pickle relish
1 cup cubed cheese - tofu cheese or just leave out. I put in regular cheese for my family.
1/2 Cup egg-free mayo
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 tsp mustard

Brown hamburger with onion. Add pickle, cheese (if you want these to items), mayo, ketchup and mustard. Mix together. Put mixture on wheat free buns (whatever your choosing) and wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. (The recipe says these freeze well but I have not tried it!?!?!)

Four Layer Supper Dish

This was not super flavorful! But my kids liked it and of course my hubby thought it'd be better with cream of ....... soup. Don't think they make dairy free cream soup!?!?! I did find out today I can possibly have cheese and yogurts so I will slowly add them in to see if they bother me! Pretty excited to add cheese back in! The yogurt hasn't been bad they make some good soy brands and even found some coconut yogurt!!
Here is my latest recipe
1 1/2 lbs ground hamburger browned with some onion (to add flavor)
4 potatoes
1/2 Cup shredded cheese (We used Mexican cheese to add some more flavor)
One can green beans drained
1/4 cup soy milk (or whatever type of milk you can tolerate)

I think next time I may add some fresh mushrooms!

Brown meat with the onions. Slice potatoes and place in bottom of casserole dish. Top with green beans, then the cooked ground beef, cover with cheese and then add the milk. cover and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
